4. Returns & Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns.
All items sold on The Golf Cartel are made to order, outsourced through a global supply chain of trusted partners. This model allows us to maintain quality, exclusivity, and efficiency — but it also means we cannot process returns or refunds under any circumstances.

5. Exchanges (Size Only)

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. If you receive an item that doesn’t fit correctly, we’re happy to offer a one-time size exchange for the same item, provided:

• You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• You cover the return shipping and reshipment costs.

6. Shipping

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. The Golf Cartel is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or delays caused by local postal services. Once the item is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
